> Alex Hagan is a futurist, innovation consultant, and globally renowned expert in strategic workforce planning and the future of work. Based in Melbourne, Australia, he is the founder and CEO of Kienco, a boutique corporate foresight and workforce strategy consultancy, co-founder of Virtually Myself, and creator of The Futures Project. He is the author of "Thriving in Complexity" (2019) and co-author of "What The Hell Do We Do Now?" (2020). He has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy and has worked with organisations including Starbucks, Aetna, Lend Lease, Optus, and New Zealand Police.
