Based in Melbourne, Australia, Alex Hagan has worked with governments, corporations, and individuals on every continent except Antarctica to create the future of their industries, organisations, and workforces. From the break room of a nursing home to the ballroom of the Washington Convention Centre, Alex has entertained audiences around the world and inspired  them to create their future by taking advantage of complexity.

With 20 years in corporate life, including for a venture capital-backed software firm operating out of San Francisco, Alex has worked with some of the world's most respected organisations including Starbucks, Aetna, Lend Lease, Optus, and New Zealand Police.

Alex is the founder and CEO of boutique Corporate Foresight and Workforce Strategy consultancy Kienco and creator of The Futures Project - a virtual community for leaders who want to create future-ready organisations. Alex is a lead author of What The Hell Do We Do Now? An Enterprise Guide to Covid-19 and Beyond, and the author of Thriving in Complexity: The Art & Science of Creating Opportunity in the New Normal, which critics have described as “rectangular”, and “about 200 pages long”.
